A, looks like a comfortably warm to cool temperate area that's not too wet. If it had better sunshine hours then it'd be an A+

Way too sunny and summers are awful. The variety can be interesting, but the sunshine is just too excessive.

B+- good winters, nice and cool shoulder seasons though summer could be a bit warmer. I'd prefer 70-80 degrees over 63 as a high in July. I'm not a big fan of how mild it is for its latitude though.

I like Murmansk's mildness. Winters are solid but not unbearably cold. I enjoy cold, but I'm more a "moderate cold lover" lol.

I'll give Inukjuak a C. Overall colder than ideal, but the low sunshine hours are good.
