D: I don't like subtropical highland climates as summers are too long and winters are too short, if those January and July temperatures were kept the same but with a lowland temperate climate temperature distribution, I would have liked it. Also, winters are too dry.

B. The main problem is that it's too dry. Winter could be a bit cooler to but still a very pleasant climate.
