C-, the summer highs are a bit much but at least the nights are comfy and the rest of the year is pretty decent.

Wow. I read the daily mean as the high for a second, I was quite shocked that somewhere in SA could average a 5 C high.

But I see now that it's a 12 C high. Still an impressive climate for SA, but still a low grade. (D+)

D+ has nice and chilly winters and fairly interesting weather, but is too warm for too long throughout the year. And too prone to drought and extreme heat.

F-, it's uncomfortably hot and humid for the entire year, terrible climate. Not remotely pleasant, on the same level as a tundra climate...
