We almost never get within 10 degrees of a record low max, though we had a high of 25 in January 2014.

Edit: Can a mod please change the title? I meant record high min instead of record low min.
I'd have to find somewhere of finding data for this.. using meteociel would take ages, and there is missing data, as well as the fact that it only goes back to 1975 or so..
The Met Office seems to only show monthly data on its website

We seem to average a 12C low in January each year going back recently.. so I would guess that we have had a low above 14C in January before.. in July/August I think our highest low is 23C.
As for summer max temperatures, there is the 10.7C on June 3rd 1953. Going back quite a while, I can't find any July temperatures much below 18C..
