What is this flower/plant? Its like a yelow tullip bulb but its a plant that is really big and has a horrendous smell. I don't know if you can see it in my photo but its in the top left?

Skunk cabbage was my gut instinct, but you don't have those over there. Hmm, dunno.

Edit: Apparently it's been introduced to Ireland. Kill it before it takes over and ruins your life.

It is an Aristocracy English estate so they have plants from exotic places. We walked past and we've never seen anything like that, it really smells awful almost like cow crap.

Yes it is Lysichiton americanus, the Skunk Cabbage. Native to the US but naturalised in the UK...
