Out of that list, it's the only one with the pleasant temperatures - It isn't very hot or cold.

Quibdó has year round heat but no extremes in temperatures (never got even got to 40 C which my climate does every year). But the primary reason I choose it over the others is this quote on the wiki page; Rain falls almost every day in intense thunderstorms, and sunny periods seldom last more than a few hours after sunrise.

I would choose Whittler, AK for being relatively mild and having a winter.

I'm going to go with Mount Waialeale. The rain may be excessive but the temperatures are better than all of the others.

2nd choice would be Torshavn but it's lack of summer really hurts it.
