Meknes. Thats a nice climate, same summer temps as the coast without the pesky fog. Neither has brilliant Winters, but Meknes is drier so wins that too.

I may be a little biased because I used to live in the Memphis area, but I vote Memphis. I'd like to have at least something close to a real winter.

Memphis for the lower sunshine (probably overstated on wikipedia by at least 10%), cooler winters, and higher precipitation.
