Meknes for me, Memphis is truly awful in the summer and the winters aren't very comfortable either. The wind seems to whip around during the cold months and the air is wet so it cuts through you. Meknes is pretty bad in the summer but at least it isn't wet like Memphis, and the nights look decent during the summer in Meknes. It could be colder during the winter months, following the dry and hot summer, but it still beats Memphis.

Meknes for me. Summer temperatures (high and low) are ideal.

Definitely Memphis, those dry summers in Meknes would make me lose my sanity.

Memphis is more up my alley, although those record lows are horrendous, and it could be a bit drier overall. The winters could be milder too.

Meknes has a very nice climate.. could have warmer lows in summer though. Still, it wins for the better summers and winters. Plus good sunshine with dry summers.

Meknes. It's nice from March-June and Sept-Nov. 2900+ hours of sunshine. What's not to like?

Memphis of course ! Meknes is horrible in my opinion. Memphis has varied summer while Meknes is incredibly boring.
