Looks like a backyard weather station. If you don't know the person, ignore those.

Looks like right after the sun rose temps spiked up hard. Probably has it in the wrong spot.

That's because the Temperature can be different from town to town.

I have a outside Thermometer (that measures the outside temp) in my Car....and believe me, the temperature down here is different from town to town. I can drive down to the beach and the Temp can be 10 degrees cooler.

I trust my thermometer more than i trust these weather reporting stations. They report 90 degrees in my town...and my thermometer says 96 DEGREES.

I doubt it. This happened to me frequently last year, there was a station down the road from me and it would read 38c alot.

Maybe one day might reach 37c there.
