Sweden has a C-/D type of climate; lack of real "warm" summers, too cloudy/gloomy and short daylight during winter, and huge difference in daylight between December and June. 20 - 22 C as high in mid-summer in Southern and Central Sweden is way too chilly!
None are great but Malmo is one of the better ones.. still to have 2002-2012 data on Wikipedia isn't that great IMO, it shows them as warmer than they actually are
