like most of southern Ontario, it has an excellent climate, nice warm summers, sometimes hot but variable nonetheless and I believe very comfortable, and winters are cold enough for me with plenty of snow without being arctic.
Spring is a bit weak like most of the area though, but these record highs in winter are really nice, you can still get a break from the cold every now and then and that is nice even for a cold lover like me.
B
The high temperatures are a little too cold year round, and despite average winter temperatures below freezing, a majority of the precipitation in every month falls as rain, which I find bothersome for such cold temperatures.
I give it a B, as its close to my city, and I like Windsor's cliimate. Those stats though are from 1961 to 1990, so pretty old. Our January high in Windsor is -0.3c, so I would think that their high would be similar, and not -2c anymore.
not bad at all. only negative are those high summer lows.
