The first one! Very warm, not hot and nice precipitation. How about the sun? I laughed with Barrow. Hahaha "summer in Barrow"

Edmonton. May be mosquitoes there are very annoying, but the weather itself is very nice.

Not much for warm weather fans here. I'll go with Eau Claire, basically the same as Madison in summer. If Edmonton was a few degrees warmer it would win.

Eau Claire is about 100 miles east of Minneapolis and 180 miles northeast of Madison. Eau Claire has a little higher precipitation days than the others (0.5 to 1 higher each month), all three have about the same total rainfall in summer but Madison is about 5% more humid than Minneapolis on average. My guess is it's closer to Madison.
