I transformed into a morning person over the summer. I've hated mornings my whole life, but now I wake up no later than 7 AM and I'm sleep before midnight.

I found I needed more sleep when I was younger. Though my sleep habits in college were rather terrible. Did 3 AM to 9 PM regularly, eventually adds up...

I normally wake up around 7:30-8 and go to sleep around 1 or 2.

I wake up around 6:30AM and leave at 7AM. Get home around 6PM.

I'm a night owl, but work has turned that upside down.

I would wake up at 5:30 AM often in the summer for morning bike rides. The other mornings, had a relaxing start. Early mornings in the summer are cozy. I'm not really a morning person, I usually need an hour or two for my body/mind to function properly.

Same. Even a couple of years ago my mood wouldn't have been nice with the amount of sleep I currently get. I think I'm just used to it now.

I wish early morning were cozy here.....it's too hot to be cozy lol. But yeah, honestly I want to fix my sleeping schedule though....I would love to get things done early in the day.
