East Asia [not including China due to their child per family regulations] I think have more traditional families than western Europe or North America. But they have very low children per woman. Scandinavia in some ways is the least tradiational in terms of family / gender norms in western Europe. But it's on the higher end of children per woman.

If Russia disappeared, the world would be better off.

Except they're not attacking ISIS. They're attacking the rebels that aren't ISIS. They're not focusing on terrorists. And Putin made speeches on how countries should join anti-ISIS coalition with Russian leadership. He's a liar.

He wasn't. He's as American as they get - hence his wacko political views and perverse admiration of Donald Trump.

20-25k growth a year, so basically stagnant. But the fertility rate is 1.75, so not desperate.

I don't, as I'm scraping to get by, and my parents doesn't pay for my holidays. But still, I have been to 19 countries in my lifetime.

Putin supports Assad. The US, at the behest of Israel, has a foreign policy focused on destabilizing the Middle East. Assad provides the stable leadership that is needed there.
