I just skim past his posts nowadays and ignore him, it would probably be best if everyone else did the same as he seems to crave attention
Like saying there's no cinemas or anything to do, which is a lie as there are at least 3 different cinemas in Norwich, there are plenty of shops all in town which is a 40 minute walk from campus or a 10 minute bus ride.

If it can get to 40C in Renmark in early Oct, especially just out of a cold winter then I wonder how hot this same setup would be in January
Some big inversions around atm, 15C in Adelaide while it's 24C in the nearby hills. 23-24C temps along parts of the Nullarbor plain coast aswell at 4am. Most stations in the SE including Renmark are only around 11C, the hot air is lurking just above the surface. When the sun comes up this inversion will break and temps will go nuts with extremely low humidity.

down to 9.6C at 6am in Renmark after 39C yesterday. Supposed to reach 40C today. Unbelievable. No cold front or anything. Just normal overnight cooling. To drop 30C overnight without any aggravating factors is spectacular.
The inversion will break soon. E.g. Port Lincoln went from 9C at 11.40pm to 26C at 6am. Nourlanga, a suburb just outside Adelaide went from 14C at 4am to 24C at 6am.

Damn. Did wind cause air mixing between the inversion layer and the warm mid-levels?
