I love planes but i'm the same it really annoys me. I hear planes at home because I live near an airport.

Often really loud, heavy planes will fly low over my house and sometimes it honestly sounds like they're going to crash. It's so noisy.

I also happen to live on a tatl flightpath so at 1-3am I will hear DHL, Fed ex and other cargo planes flying over. They seem to fly around 26,000 feet so I can hear them pretty clearly, they are very loud. It almost sounds like they are a few thousand feet up, especially on a clear night.

My house pretty much always has A380s, 747s, 777s, 787s, A330s, A320/21 flying over.

A330-300 and 787 are so quiet. They barely make any noise.

The 737-800 and 757-200 would be the aircraft that I would see fly over me. Ironically those are the two aircraft that I fly the most.

Here in delta's HQ city, we see everything from ATR 72's to A380's (Korean air).

I've basically set foot on all types of jet aircraft's other than the 787 and A300.

I'd like more 767 trips though. BA used to have 767-300's a while back from PHL to LHR, but I've only been on it once. Then, it shifted over to the A330, and very recently, its been switched over to a 787, which I have not traveled on yet.
