I would not live on a house boat for too long. I can't imagine having to pump my **** out just to save cash. It was annoying enough when I had a cesspool and if you forgot to get it pumped, then year old **** and **** would come up from the toilet

That was my impression, at least. Hair, facial features, etc. And I'm really just going by memory of my first impression. If I recall correctly, he looks somewhat like Syd Barrett of Pink Floyd (when he was younger, of course). I'd call that a very British look.
