Yes, it's a very nice city - I've been there a couple of times. I love all the squares they have, not to mention the riverfront.
Best time to go is in winter of course.
Yes, quite like Charleston, SC. Love the greenery, the quaintness, and the Southern charm. It was very nice being there in the winter. Not so sure about the summer, lol. We were talking about visiting Savannah while we were in SC, but it was something like a 90 minute drive, so never got the chance. Never even been to Georgia.
