Really feeling bad tonight

Just been woken up with really bad pain in my throat. Don't know what it is but everytime I swallow I nearly have a nervous breakdown.

That's not good.

I'd take a few zinc lozenges.

Well I've been woken so it's bad. I want to see someone about it, can't ignore it.

Wait till daybreak and go to the pharmacy. Don't go out at this hour in D.C. of all places. Zinc has always worked for me. You can get the generic brand, which would just be zinc lozenges, or the name brand is Cold-ezes (sp?).

Seeing a doctor seems like a real waste, especially in a foreign country. The doctor will probably just tell you to do what I've recommended anyway. Nothing else to do if you're coming down with a cold.

July 2015 marked the 36th consecutive month I have added a new 2008-present Accord to my count, which is now 159. Every month since August 2012 has featured at least one Accord added to the count. Every month since January 2014 has featured 2 or more, and every month since April 2014 4 or more except for February 2015, which featured only 3 because of the ice storm that literally cut off every day after the 15th.

Ancestries of US counties

https://coopercenterdemographics.fil...nreported1.jpg

Lots of non-northern European counties mostly in the "Sunbelt" region. Historical population trends haven't changed much in general. The border states have always been heavily Mexican, no news there. Anyone's perception as the US being a lily white country always comes from those who live in the Midwest or the Northeast.
