It'd be so funny if you two walked across each other almost everyday and never realized it lol
Well, in the case of "honor," claiming that "honour" is a much better spelling than "honor" is truly foolish, since the original Latin word is "honor," without a U. It's a stylistic preference, really. If a Briton wants to claim that Americans are stupid for spelling it without the U, they simply don't know what they're talking about. Because, first, it's a non-Germanic word, so its introduction to English is relatively recent. Moreover, both phonetics *and* the deeper word etymology favo(u)r omitting the U, since that is not there in Latin.

No need to be in denial that I have devilishly handsome looks. A couple more times just because you asked for it:

So you're all for getting rid of complicated spellings originating from French but convoluted spellings of Germanic origins are okay? I see where you're coming from, but strange spellings don't make English any less Germanic a language.

Could well happen. Apparently I most likely ran into a weather forum regular without realizing it a couple months ago.

Lol it could happen, to be honest I'm living off campus this year though in my own house with two other guys, so I won't be on campus as much.. Unless Owen plans on partying in the student union then I doubt I'd see him much!

I don't think I could run into any other C-D member here....the closest one is AJ but I'm rarely by the Key Biscayne area. Whenever I'm in Miami I go to Downtown or Miami Beach. I go to Coral Gables sometimes to deliver things for work.

I to Kendall/South Dade more often than I do to the Key Biscayne area.

I could run into people at certain airports i've been to but I choose to be quiet.

There's certain people on here I'd rather not run into and there's a few people I wouldn't mind meeting and having some drinks with.
