A 98 F night is well beyond merely "toasty"

I wouldn't be able to drink comfortably on my porch on that night, it would be like 40 C at midnight

In my dream climate it's not uncommon for the low to be achieved in late afternoon during a thunderstorm.

With an average high below 90°F, I guarantee you that nights in the 90s are few and far between in my dream climate.

JJA average lows in my dream climate are 14.6C, 17.2C and 17.0C, so summer lows rarely drops below 10C, except for possibly in early June. The record summer low, 5.7C is recorded in early days of June.

A normal record low is in the 9C range in June, while around 11-13C in July and August. Normal record high low is around 23-24C.
