C-. Too hot and too dry but better than a climate without a summer (as long as AC was available)

Here's one that goes from "Seattle to Phoenix" within a few days (in Sacramento which is normally stuck on an 94/58F no cloud in sight infinite loop from June through September).

D-: good days in the immediate future, but it gets really bad afterwards.

C. Days are okay (although I'd prefer a little warmer) but nights are too cold. It also needs some thunderstorms.

Wyndham Forecast

Winter in Wyndham I'd give Wyndham an A-, pretty awesome weather. Last few days of similar temps have had D.P around 14˚C, peak of 18˚C though (at night).

And EverBlack, I'd give it a D-, at least there's snow rather than Perth's 16-19˚C and sun, rain, sun, cloud, rain repeat.
