The "coldest" month average high temperature 33.5 °C 92.3°F
The hottest month average high temperature 34.6 °C 94.3 °F
Just 1 °C difference.
Record low 20,6 °C (I'm not sure if it's true)

I wonder if there is a similar tropical climate without the oil well flares affecting the temperature?

This information is wrong, the link attached doesn't provide the source of the data but goes to everywhere else, and the explanation above the climate box is laughable: "The oil well flares produce large amounts of carbon dioxide (CO2), which produces greenhouse effects which make the place even hotter." As if the carbon dioxide behaved locally...

I don't know where they got such data from.
The area is still very hot, but about 1ºC cooler (see Maracaibo).

It's gonna be over 90F all year round, so that's an F. I wouldn't be able to deal with that, and I'd be sad if I wasn't in any cooler weather. And it's humid, so now it's an F-.

I don't even mind it if it was hot once in a while, but I hate humidity. SO. MUCH. it causes sweating and results in bad hygiene.

It would result in heavy electricity use all year round from air conditioners running 24/7/365.
