And in Ontario, "too hot" doesn't even exist, since our province's all-time record high is only 105 F.

Not everyone's idea of best summer weather is a place to get away from heat. Some people like me (along with ColdCanadian and SAB) prefer hot summers. I'd say the best summer weather is in places that are free from cool spells in the summer.

Just remember that the sun angle is much more intense to go along with the heat in the south.

I can't even imagine being in Florida in the summer, any time after April would be too much for me!

Sun angle is important, I got a vicious sunburn on an overcast day in the South Pacific, should have known better. Christmas Island, I think it was called, some little atoll on the way back to Hawaii and very close to the equator.
