21. Kigali (great temps and rainfall, unfortunately probably cloudy)
22. Maputo (awesome climate)
23. Pyongyang (Libreville is just too rainy)
24. Vilnius (at least summer is comfortable as opposed to Chad where it never is)

Maputo is the best climate here period. I'm really loving these Southern African sunny cwa climates.

Next time choose one of them, even if they are an E vs F climate for you

21. Kigali - Sofia has winters too cold.
22. Maputo - I like how wet Belmopan is, but it's too hot.
23. Libreville - Pyongyang's winters are too cold and Kim Jong-un lives there.
24. N'Djamena - 2 bad climates make almost a tie. Vilnius's winter is too cold and N'Djamena is too hot.
