In the place where you live, what's the hottest hours of the day during summer ?
I know that place like coastal Los Angeles get most of the time the hottest part of the day between 11-13 hours and the rest of afternoon cool down while place like East-Coast get most of the time the hottest part of the day between 15-17 (or even 18) hours.

I live and work in the Los Angeles basin close to the coast.
The higher up the walls of the basin the temperatures increase until you get to the foothills of the mountains to where the warmer it gets and the winds get warmer from crossing all the hot sun baked land.
We have a prevailing wind from the West Southwest throughout the year that kicks up at, (approximately), 11:00 hours at a mean speed of 14-24 knots, (16-27 mph) which keeps the temps down during the hot summer months as it crosses the cold Pacific ocean until it hits landfall.
