Another thought about being straight versus gay, I just don't know if I could see myself with a lifetime same sex partner. Never used to want a family, but now I'm not so opposed to it. I'd consider it a requirement to be well off enough to provide for kids though. And I'm a bit skeptical of women, particularly American women, because of feminist influences. Women seem too happy to file for divorce, and courts heavily favor women.
I have to agree. My uncle has been screwed over not once, but twice by divorce - and he took a huge financial hit each time. His current wife, however, is Albanian and she's the most loyal woman you'll ever meet. He'll never have to worry about a divorce with that woman. Not only that, she's very pretty, 10 years younger than he is, and quite intelligent.
If I was in the market for a woman, I'd go the same route - bring someone in from overseas, and save myself a whole lot of potential grief.
Nat Gas prices spiked hard today.. could it be they believe the GFS arctic air coming? Its all related. Energy prices and weather. Thats why Joe Bastardi has specific "Energy clients"
Nah it's not a paid job, there is a local builder my folks befriended and he is helping us renovate their houseboat. I am helping, the sooner it is finished the sooner my parents move out and I can have my peace and my own life! Right now living with my parents in my 50x20ft houseboat has turned me into a fully fledged alcoholic They are good, nice people but **** me senseless, they are stifling
Meanwhile applied for a few jobs. Touch wood...

That's gotta be tough to be sharing that space with the folks - I don't envy ya...lol.
Is the local area a good one for finding jobs? I'm sure it's a hell of a lot easier to land a job where you are than anywhere in the US - they're picky as hell here, even for crap-paying jobs at fast-food places.

Found a few jobs that don't ask for experience. Most are in the wine industry and there are several fruit picking jobs, some of which pay pretty well. There is about 10 jobs I could shoot my resume off to now with an actual chance of getting hired.
