Take this as someone who has lived in Miami damn near my whole life, it feels terrible to us too. Lol

In fact during summer everyone talks about how hot it is. I would imagine Brunswick isn't too different.
Oh? I would've thought that you guys were accustomed to the humid conditions.

We're probably a lot more acclimated to it than someone from say, Seattle. But we still ***** and moan about how hot and humid it is. Lol

I don't think 33 C with a 25 C dew point could ever be comfortable, regardless of how used to it you are.

You learn something new every day. I learnt that there was a Polish Legion in the Finnish Civil War which created itself after the February Revolution from ethnic Poles serving in the Imperial Russian Army. They offered their help to capture Viipuri to the White Republicans, but the Finns turned them down. It would've been a prestige loss if the Poles would be first in the second largest city of Finland (nothing comparable for the Germans liberating Helsinki, but...) Nevertheless, the Poles joined the battle anyway and fought for the Whites independently against the Reds and Russians until the end of the war.

Well, thanks for the help Poles, though I just learnt about it a 100 years later.

Just got back from seeing the new James Bond movie. I'm giving it four and a half stars (out of a possible five)

42.7C yesterday here. Some trolling on the Australian weather forums from the usual polar foamers like usual whenever we get summer in summer. Now SE Australia can look forward to an extended gaybo polar outbreak according to the models. Should be mid teens to 20C in Melbourne for a solid week and low to mid 20's here. Boring.

No hint of any of the forecast storms either but Melbourne got good show!
It is because we are located right on the f***king tail of the atlantic. Any mild weather we get from November-February usually means endless **** cloud will accompany the mild temperatures

40C seems perfect right now, our weather is now turning from cloudy and mild to cloudy and cold. F*** winter
