All of the above climates blow massive d**cks. Canada, Scotland, Iceland, etc have no climates that are above an F. (Although Vancouver and southern west coast of Canada can scrape an E)
Valencia is the best climate in the world for its latitude. Evergreen in winter, warm seas, beautiful architecture, beautiful food, 30C/22C in summer, 17C/8C in winter. 2700 sunshine hours (closer to 3,000 if you use US measuring method) All at 39N. For comparison, at similar latitudes, Pyongyang, Beijing, Washington DC etc all have crappy freezing winters.
It must be the warmest climate for its latitude in the world
Rain in western Europe is not associated with summer.. almost everyone you speak to would define a good summer as warm-hot, dry and sunny. Only farmers and thunderstorm enthusiasts, or the odd person who likes rain and cloud for some weird reason would say otherwise in the part of the world
