I think UK weather condition chat has quietened down as it always turns into an argument when some uneducated fool starts posting. None of the Europe posters really care about NE US conditions, especially when the posts are all in block capitals. Even the Europe Climate thread now just consists of certain people posting fantasy charts that will never materialise.

I've noticed that nobody really pays any attention to pictures from Europe, as they are soon lost down the page to constant pictures of vegetables from Cambium's garden.

Today the weather was depressing, but it was really mild though in the upper 50s. Just overcast drizzly crap most of the day, with some patchy fog. Everything looked really soggy. I guess I had Melbournian type weather today

I like the term "Melbournian". They should use it for climates having that kind of gloomy, soggy weather...Same way they use "Mediterranean" for climates having dry summers.

Now I wonder, what cities in the world have a Melbournian climate? Lol

Yeah, because a climate with 2200 sunshine hours annually is definitely "gloomy".

25 inches of rain a year is definitely soggy.......it must be water-bound 354 days out of the year.

Those 40C+ days just accentuate the soggy gloomy conditions.
