I've lived in places with cold winters before and I didn't need any dandy cream. Seems people think low dew points cause dry skin, when it's actually low relative humidity.
In which case Florida would probably be worse.

For 12th graders in our new curriculum, and C downwards = repeat the exam. (83%! Or 5/6 right)
That was our grading standard here until last year. Now people have it easier which is not good. How the hell is 60 passing. 60 is passing now versus that grading system you posted that we used to use.
I wish the moronic subtropical debate would go away. That debate has infested this forum since about 2009.
It wont ever lmao... people in this forum have an infatuation with the south. head to the us forum you will see how many threads are made about the south. The south this the south that. I'm starting to think either people really hate the south or they are very jealous. A good way to end the debate would be to stop the arguing and open 1 thread at a time discussing various criteria for a subtropical climate and have a poll and gradually when we covered all the bases and voted we would have an official city data definition of subtropical.

I don't understand why people have to split hairs over something that's subjective. If people would stop trying to prove each other wrong all the time, silly debates like this one would go away.

Or everyone could realize climates are unique and not obsess about labels.
