well, i've seen this x100 before, but the fermi paradox is very intersting imo.
I made a hypothesis, let's think about this metaphor:

It's 1000 A.D. - It's 2016 A.D.

We are Europeans - We are Humans

We're wondering if there are other unknown people in lands we have not explored yet - We're searching for aliens

If there are really people in other lands, why don't they contact us? - Why don't aliens contact us?

Explaination:

The time hasn't come yet. Maybe those aliens haven't found the Earth yet, but one day they will, either that or we humans will find them. Universe is extremely big, that it's virtually impossible to meet someone. Think about the game No Man's Sky, even if it's multiplayer, it's virtually impossible to find someone because the place is too big.

I think that's the reason.

So I was just sitting in my room listening to music when I heard a siren. I checked and saw that there was a tornado warning, and since I was by myself, I freaked out a bit. But apparently the warming polygon ends about 4 mi to my southwest, so I think I'm safe.

An appropriate song to listen to while driving in Miami on a sunny day (it was sunny earlier).

I love stuff like Fermi Paradox and all things about Space.. it's fascinating. I'm certain that there must be intelligent life in abundance out there, but perhaps intelligent life is more rare than we believe?

Judging by this forum, it is a strong possibility.

Lmao

The results are coming in now for EU referendum.. 81% turnout in Gibraltar which is absolutely huge! Although it has a small population that's still impressive

Some reports saying that places expected to gain big remain majorities are more marginal than previously thought.. this is not good news

How does it feel to be living here as our climate is reduced to Owen's?
