Euro says Torino will come close tomorrow morning but maybe not likely. Actually, you said 30F. lol.

Freezing level only drops to 3000 feet there then stays above 5000 mostly there.

Looking at the temperatures recorded in the last few days and to the weather forecasts, I would say we won't see temperatures like those here in my region for a while (of course I'm talking about the plain and not the mountains.)

The lowest lows in my region till now were recorded this morning or yesterday, but they are still higher than that (the lowest was 4.1°C in Cuneo).
