For Corvallis, Oregon:

Average Max: 70.2 (21.2) or 5.7 (3.1) above average
Average Min: 46.1 (7.8) or 3.9 (2.2) above average.
This works out to an average of 58.14 degrees, a virtual tie for fourth warmest in the last 126 years. We warmed up to 84 (29) on the 6th and never got cooler than 39 (4.5) on the first.
It has been a touch drier than long term normal (3.16 inches or 80.3mm) as well with rainfall coming in at 2.53 inches (64.3), nearly half of it on the last day of the month.

We're running behind average in rainfall but not as badly as California. A wet November can catch us up but the Climate prediction center doesn't think we'll get one. They forecast November through January to be drier than average. We might be, but I think we'll come close at least one of those months.
With El Nino surging full steam ahead, we're likely to be a little warmer than average, too. Nothing like last fall or winter but we'll notice it. I'm guessing about half a degree to as much as a degree and a half Fahrenheit. Which means we can't expect much of a snowpack to bail us out next summer.....
