As the title says, next week i'm going to Italy and I was just asking, what exactly is it like there. I know the averages and what it's usually like around that time but does anyone know about the predictions? Also, i'll be in Rome in mid Dec and Florence the week after and then Amalfi later on, so if there's any chance anyone knows the forecasts or if i'll get any snow (unlikely) can I know? Thanks

There's a website called Wunderground where you can watch historical weather.

Usually, average winter highs in Italy range from 7 °C in the north and 15 °C in the south. It's not cold, but if you come from a hot place then It'll be cold. Snow is unlikely in every city at low elevation in Italy. Hope it helped

Next week it will be likely sunny or partly cloudy, with fog/mist during the night and early morning in the Po Valley and inner areas of central Italy.

Yeah, should be mostly cool (i.e. highs in the 10c range) weather and partly cloudy, but the areas you're heading to rarely get real cold. Florence is a bit colder with chance of freeze at night, but no dice on a mild Perth winter I believe.
