Yes it is, but it also doesn't take a genius to see that RAlex photos show bare tree scenes no different than around where I live. It all depends on the landscaping.
You said the same thing when RAlex posted photos back in December, and I agreed and also specifically said that comparable climates in Georgia don't look as barren. But it looks like that post was deleted for some reason.

Rest of the day relatively mild, a bit above 40°F. Bike ride just before sunset. Rain wasn't enough to melt all the snow, some ice left on bike path
hints of ground fog. Ground was especially moist after rain, so as it started to cool ground fog started to form?
