Thanks... but the real beauty didn't last long. More snow coming in 2 days so we do it again.

Here on the other side at the coast Just another winter night. Just finished shoveling again. 4 inches fresh snow. Got my firewood under there. Wood stove is on as usual. Not cold out though. (28F)

Need more, much more!

This afternoon Greenwich library was busy. I guess people picking up some book and movies to read on this snowy day.

That Pass in Washington State looks beautiful!

Here we've had a snowpack lasting from 18th January. Now ca 6 cm snow depth on the ground. We had 30 cm as max lasting three days in January, and minimum was 2 cm Jan 31th after mild weather, but then nature gave us more snow.

Today, temperature ca 4°C / 39°F, calm and sunny day. Image taken by me with iphone. Not a high quality image with those sun glares from windows in that apartment building, but gives you an idea of how it looks now in Trondheim.

Visited Cape May, NJ on the southern NJ coast this past Sunday. Was around 45F and damp with overcast conditions.

This town is a bit milder than places inland like Philadelphia. See more southern trees like magnolia's here than inland and near Philadelphia.

Decent winter greenery

Cool to see blooming camellias here.

Decent sized southern magnolia trees all over town.

Interesting looking winter garden.

They seem to love the UK around here

Some nice drinking establishments in town

The town is hard by the Atlantic Ocean. Don't you just love all the above ground wires in America. Great when you are right up against the ocean.

That just looks so beautiful compared to the crap winter landscapes we have around here. That snow looks so white and the mountains are fantastic there.
