I don't have any "winter" photos to share yet so lets start off with a sky that looks like winter...In Kansas from NWS.

Now that's a sky I can associate a season with although this does happen in Fall and Early Spring too here.

Ok, where is the Spring 2016 Photo thread.

Lilac blooming in December? Just one of those years again.

Should I sit down & have a talk with it?

Fog today. In fact, it's been foggy a lot lately. I miss the dry non humid air Canadian masses vs the Southerly flow we been getting.

That lady doesn't care its drizzling, good for her jogging in the rain

Thread Bump? Visibility less than 3/4 miles

I'm getting the reminder how Palms, Shrubs, and other stuff can survive or last longer in parts of Europe.

Without any real cold or freeze days, temps in the upper 40s and 50s are proving that's all the landscape needs here to think its Spring.

I haven't had a day stay in the 30s yet. Had 60s mid November. 60 days with max temp above 45°F(7C) since October 1st. That is near record.

So this is not really normal but I've witnessed years like this in recent decades. Kinda interesting but don't like it!

December 3, 2015. Garlic sprouting.

Lilac is Budding.

Holly Berries waiting for snow

You plant your garlic early. I plant it around the shortest day.
