My comments:
Ålesund (mean 7.2°C) was again warmer than Bergen, Trondheim was again warmer than Oslo, precip was pretty even among those two cities, both ca 70 mm. Very wet in Bergen - 433 mm! So far in 2015 Bergen has 2646 mm, could beat the all time record of 3068 mm from 1967 if Dec is wet.
In Tromsø, largest snow depth 28 cm, mean 2.3°C (20 m) so well above freezing.
In my region of the country, the mean ranged from 7°C at Sula to -2.7°C at Røros (625 m).
The station at Ytterøyane still has not recorded a second of air frost / freeze in 2015.
