Too many variables for me. I wouldn't mind 300+ days of sun if the air temp was below 0°F all year at this latitude. I wouldn't mind 300+ days of clouds if it meant no rain or lots of snow or hot days. Not sure I can vote. Need more senarios. lol

I love cloudy weather and rain, as you would guess by my location. We actually get 10-15" of rain more than in Seattle, and more cloudy days. The 60-80 days of sun we get in July-early September is enough, though a few more would be OK. I really don't like it hot, and the clouds keep it cooler here, we don't get the nasty humidity with clouds when warm like in some other parts of the country.
150-300 is a big range, but that's what I put.
Clouds in a warmer climate nearer the equator are more valuable than clouds in a cooler northern climate, but they're nice everywhere IMO.
100% yes. If I cant take the winter sun, imagine my feeling about the summer sun. lol So automatically I prefer at least 90 days of clouds. but hang on a sec... Add another variable.. Is this for Day or Night? I HATE clouds at night in Summer.
Spring, Fall and Winter is when I have mixed feelings and don't mind Sunny days if air temp, dewpoint, and winds are right.
