Day #6 in a row with clouds without a poke of the sun.
This time we have rain again this morning. 1/4" so far here.

Radar loop last 4 hrs

BTW... Temp range last 5 days has been 46-55 degrees. Strange to have a 9 degree range in Spring for almost a week.

6amEST Southeast temps and departures.

Jacksonville 46°F is 16 below normal. Lots of 40s & 50s around this morning.

Heaters in May in Georgia & Florida? Or maybe just blankets? Unless the sun warmed the inside of the house enough to last through.

Nice! Interesting you mention May 1992. That was the last time we saw May snow in the Southern Appalacians. About the same setup

Radar and Temps. Nei not getting rain yet. I was just under the yellow (35dbz) and was a steady rain. Heavy rain near Atlantic City.

0.41" so far now. Everything so soggy

That would be a very disappointing start to May even here. But I thought you would enjoy such cool and rainy weather?

Meanwhile, very sunny weather coming up (% possible sun tomorrow):

I do but only in the summer. June, July, August, even September. Not Spring, not early May. I can tolerate 60s and 70s and dry so I'd rather have it dry in Spring because I know how it gets here in Summer.

May is crucial for the garden. Well.... this has been horrible. Cold and Rainy is not the start you want. Need a good comeback after mid month.
