While I think the 30s are done till fall ..... I don't see 80s. Pretty much seasonable with cool shots and periods of warmth.
Here's GFS12z for Danbury, CT. The image says it all. The real above normal warmth that was shown after this week keeps getting pushed back. Now says after 24th. And it isn't even that impressive but being 9+ days away, grab that salt.

I'm seriously wondering if it would be an all time record if we didn't hit 80 degrees at all this May in southeast PA. I'm seeing that exact phenomenon with my local forecast - 2 back to back 80 degree days on Wednesday the 25th and Thursday the 26th. Let's see how long it takes for those to disappear lol
Come on back down to NYC area. We're at 63° going up to around 66° later.
