Yup. Garrett County Airport. I like that spot. Good amount of snow and typically cooler. 3000'.
Normal snowfall is 105"

That was Calgary if you look at top left description.

We are (well) above 70 since May 17 and forecasted into June.

You say the same thing for every late or early snowfall in Northern or Southern Hemisphere.

It's May 22, not May 2.

You didn't comment on this at 47N last week. Never snowed that much this late there. Think this isn't "extraordinary"?? They ended up with 3.5"

Speaking of rare... remember this in November for Calgary... that was cool to see.

Rare Snow Squall watch in Calgary | Globalnews.ca

Environment Canada issued a Snow Squall Watch for those areas because conditions are favourable for the formation of bands of snow that could produce high accumulations or near zero visibility.

Snow squalls are rare in land-locked Alberta.

“I don’t think I’ve ever seen a snow squall watch issued for Calgary, they’re usually near open water, like the open waters of the Great Lakes,” said Paul Dunphy, a weather specialist for Global Calgary.

Warmer in Northern Maine then DC.
Warmer in Wisconsin then DC.

Sun came out about an hour ago. Still somewhat cloudy, but the sun is poking through and there's a mix of blue sky and clouds in the sky.

We've discussed this a thousand times. Southern South America has much more of an oceanic climate and much colder summers, so is it really a shock that spring or summer snow is common there? Also, Calgary can see snow in June or July as well, albeit rare.
