Pennsylvania seems to do the best out of all of the Northeast when it comes to storms.
The OBS map or the Satellite and Radar animation. I assume the animation. I wish GREarth would go back 6hrs instead of just 4 but its nice to have it all on one map.

That's true. I always see PA with storms popping up...and ironically it happens before 2pm then they head our way by evening.

Nope, we don't.. Upper Level Lows don't happen often and there's one over the region today. But they do happen. Actually with any coastal storm we get a Northeast flow so might happen more than we think?
Current map with mid level winds (flow of moisture). See the center of the storm off the coast?
