I know the feeling all too well my man. Seems to happen here fairly often too. Palm Beach County seems to get much better storms than here.

Are you snapping on people again today? I need to send ya a case of beer lol, or a bottle of Jack Daniel's, your pick.

Lots of convective clouds around today. Perhaps a thunderstorm later?

Had moderate rain and thunder this morning as a storm complex was weakening as it came thru here.

Currently muggy at 83F with dewpoint of 73F. Still a good chance of more storms this afternoon... I think I see something starting to build to my south that may turn into something.

An impressive line from around Houston to the Louisiana/Texas border, but not sure if that's going to come here.

Current Map. See it?

Backdoor cold front in New England coming
Seattle 60° (The 39° is at 4000')
100s in South Texas and record rains in areas
I see 40s, 50s & 60s in the West
I see widespread 80s in the East
I see the potential Tropical storm heading to Southeast

Close up

Now how do people judge a locations weather & climate when this happens and the main station is no where near?

It's pouring there under the 76 and 75 in NY, yet sunny and dry in NYC or even neighboring towns.

All these downpours go un noticed!

I'm moving to Southeast CT!

Hot and muggy with dew points in the 60s and sunshine on full blast. Why in Spring and Summer in NYC is usually predicting a thunderstorm and almost half the time it doesn't happen?
