Wunderground has just made a new thing - "Health". According to it, if the windchill goes below 0 °C or the heat index rises above 80 °F (27 °C), it's "caution". So, I was thinking, would you like a climate with the windchill never below 0 °C and the heat index never above 27 °C? With never "caution"? I would love it.

I think people'll find that too boring. There are already 4 no's.

Depends on how much rainfall it would receive.

Well, yeah. Not enough variation, plus I like my summers at an average maximum of 32°C

My July minimums in my dream climate are also -2°C

It was my opinion though. Lol.

No, even though I'm a cold weather lover, I would like some 27-33 C days throughout summer for some variety.

I would absolutely abhor a climate that doesn't fall below 0 C.

No, that'd be far too boring. And I'd be miserable anywhere with 80F as the record high, I need real heat. I could live somewhere that doesn't dip below freezing, but just for the sake of variety I wouldn't mind brief dips just below freezing every now and then.
