The readings from northern Sicily are correct, we have very hot southerly winds at the moment. There is even a big difference between southern & northern Malta, Luqa airport is 31C & Selmun (Met Office station) is 36C, here also on the northern coast it is currently 36.8C & it was already 32C by 8am...

High was probably reached for the day right after midnight. MDW reported 81F/21C. Going to be in the mid to upper 70's all day with strong winds off the lake.

A low pressure system off the Pacific Northwest coast will bring rain and higher elevation snow showers to Norcal today with a chance of thunderstorms some areas as well. Most locations will see only light precipitation but the Lassen Park area could see a few inches of snow. Heavier rainfall could fall from thunderstorms as well.

Look how deep that tough in the east is. How will Columbia sc, one of the souths hottest cities, not even feel like 90! This is absurd, the heat lately has avoided SC and NC, especially nc, due to the crappie Canadian highs. This June has probably been one of the most unsummer like June's in a while. This weekend looks pleasant, and well below average.

I'm tired of these Canadian highs.**** Canada. Trump needs to build a wall on canadas borders. Canada's cold blasts in the winter are wreaking havoc on the economy.
