My forecast has been warming each day. Upper 90s Thursday? Humid low 90s Tuesday Wednesday and Humid sticky upper 80s end of week? Not bad. Slightly above average first part of week, although well above on Thursday, and seasonable second half of the week? Average temperature reaches 90 in a few days with dews supposed to be in the low 70s on average so I'm ready .

Lately short range forecasting has been not too successful down here, I think it's because we are near the line between where the southeast Ridge is and the cooler Canadian air flow. Which is crazy, normally the southeast Ridge this time of year is robust and well north of here in the mid Atlantic. Just wait for that pv to leave, hopefully then it will push far north like it should.

Here it's 82 F with a 71 F DP, and a 20 mph wind from the NE. It's actually fairly pleasant for late June.
By Miami standards that's definitely very pleaant. 88 with a dew of 55. Verrrryyyy dry compared to normal, has to be one of the least humid June's ever down here. Things get humid starting tomorrow though.

Summer time map.

3:45pm here 80° with 63°DP. Very warm and muggy. I see relief! COME ON DOWN! unfortunately "relief" in summer means 70s but dry.

Around 80 today, tomorrow & Wednesday? No problem.. Thursday a nice break. Seasonable to below normal then back to seasonable. And Hard to get dews in the 40s now so we're getting into the thick of things now.

Believe it or not, it's hotter and more humid here right now. This backdoor front is a bit odd.

Wow the 112°F July average high is damn impressive. I though Lake Havasu City or Blythe were the hottest spots of the Colorado valley. LHC's mean is hotter though as averages warmer nights than Bullhead City. Feeling the blast of heat while getting out of the ACed hotel in Laughlin, NV at night is one of the most memorable weather experiences in my life.

It's still something to experience. Dry heat feels quite difference to humid heat with a simila heat index.

What happened that caused such pleasantness?

Thick of things! Isn't that forecast still below average especially with the nights? Lol. You need relief after one day! I worry for your health if you go any further south lol! Although I still think the best climate for you would be 5k feet up in the Appalachian mountains of nc, cool mild summers, cold, not bitter, but very snowy winters.
