So? Phoenix and Upstate NY aren't exactly the same climate. What's the point of this post?
55 here and raining, has not been over 70 for about a week even when clear and sunny. Perfect weather in my opinion.
Officially 4 of the 7 days in July have reached 70 or more. But otherwise it's unseasonably cool and cloudy. 3 sunny and 4 cloudy days so far.
