August off to a good start back home:

1st:89/73, 1.02in of rain
2nd:88/72, 1.82in of rain
3rd:Low this morning was 74F

I think up & down. I miss these breaks

There will be days in the upper 80s where ot will be hot.

. Im thinking we end up normal to slightly above normal this month. The nights and the warmer days will win.

You have had a really easy summer up north this year. Unfortunately I'm feeling the affects of the -NAO today with Temps only in the low 80s right now. Disgusting but short-lived with more 90s on the way. There is a cold front right over Columbia SC now, South of Columbia is warm, North of Columbia cool and cloudy.
